• Orders will be fulfilled with 4 separate digital tickets uploaded to your Customer Accountupon full payment.
• The Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket is valid for an 18-day window from the date selected at the time of booking.You can start using your Disney Magic Ticket at any time within the ticket validity window, but the ticket will expire in full after 18 days irrespective of how many times it has been used.
• On receipt of your ticket confirmation, create gate-readyDisney MagicMobile passes by linking your Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket in My Disney Experience. Alternatively,take your Disney MagicTicket Confirmation to any ticket window located at the entrance of each Disney Park to redeem printed physical tickets.
• Tickets will include admission to Disney's Blizzard Beach or Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, whichever is open.
• TheUniversal Orlando 3 Park Explorer Ticket element is open-dated andis activated the first time you visit either Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure, Universal’s Volcano Bay or Universal CityWalk. Tickets expire in full after 14 consecutive days.
• Volcano Bay Water Theme Park may beclosed on select dates during the winter period. Please check theUniversal Orlando App for park hours and updates when in Orlando for up-to-date opening times.
• The SeaWorld Parks 3-Visit Ticket + Eat Free allows one visit to each of the featured parks – SeaWorld Orlando, Aquatica and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. Tickets expire in full after 14 days from first use. Any unused park visits will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Free transportation to Busch Gardens from Orlando on the Busch Gardens Shuttle Express is included with this ticket, but reservations are required to guarantee your seats and can be made in advance by calling 1-800-221-1339. The shuttle departs from SeaWorld and picks up from various locations in Orlando and Kissimmee. The service schedule will vary through the year and may be subject to change.
• The LEGOLAND Florida One Day Ticket gives you a full day's admission to LEGOLAND® Florida Resort. The ticket is open-dated and can be used at any time on your holiday, subject to park opening hours.LEGOLAND Water Park admission is NOT included with this ticket package.
• LEGOLAND Florida may be closed on certain days of the year.Please check the park operating calendar for up-to-date opening hours before visiting.
• Tickets arenon-transferable and must be used by the same person on all days.
• Valid only during normal park operating hours.

Ticket Cancellation Charges

**Flex-Plus can only be added to your ticket(s) at the time of booking. If you cancel a ticket and have purchased Flex-Plus you will avoid time-based cancellation fees. The refund paid on your ticket(s) will be the price of the equivalent STANDARD ticket (your ticket price minus the Flex-Plus supplement) at the time of booking.

• How do I use my Orlando Freedom Ticket™ Ultimate?

  You will receive digital tickets in your AttractionTickets.com Customer Account instantly upon fullpurchase.

  Gate-ready tickets for the Universal Orlando parks, SeaWorld, Aquatica, Busch Gardens and LEGOLAND Florida can be downloaded to your smartphoneas soon as you receive your email notification. Simply scan the barcode/QRcode at each park entrance for direct access. Tickets are open-dated andactivated the first time each ticket is used.

  A Disney Ticket Confirmation will be uploaded to your customer account upon full purchase. Once you receive your Disney Ticket Confirmation, create your gate-readyDisney MagicMobile passesin a few easy steps.

  - Set up an account on My Disney Experience and link your Disney Ticket confirmation
  -After you have linked your Disney Ticket confirmation, download the My Disney Experience App and set up a Disney MagicMobile pass for each ticket on your booking
  -Add your MagicMobile Passes to thedigital wallet on your smartphone

• Does my Orlando Freedom Ticket Ultimate start on the date selected at the time of booking?

  The date selected at the time of booking only determines the start date for the Disney element of this combo ticket. The DisneyMagic Ticketis valid for an 18-day window from the date selected at the time of booking, meaningyou do not have to start using your Disney Magic ticket on the exact date selected to get the full 14 days to use, but the ticket will expire in full after 18 days irrespective of how many times you have visited the Disney Parks.

  The Universal Orlando, SeaWorld Parksand LEGOLAND Florida elements of this combo ticket areopen-dated. Tickets for those parks canbe activated at any time on your holiday the first time you visit one of the featured parks.

  The four main Walt Disney World theme parks, three Universal Orlando Resort Parks, SeaWorld Orlando, Aquatica and Busch Gardens Tampa are all open daily, year-round.The Disney Water Parks are subject to seasonal winter closure each year for maintenance and refurbishment, although only one water park will close at a time.Tickets will include admission to Disney's Blizzard Beach or Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, whichever is open.

  Universal Studios Florida andUniversal's Islands of Adventure areopen daily, year-round.Volcano Bay Water Theme Park may beclosed on select dates during the winter period. Check theUniversal Orlando App for park hours and updates when in Orlando.

General Information

• I have a Disney MagicBand on my booking. How and where do I get the MagicBand?

  Unfortunately, it is not possible for MagicBands to be shipped to the UK and sent to you in advance of your holiday. MagicBands must be collected from Planet Hollywood at Disney Springs using the barcoded digital voucher automatically uploaded to your Customer Account upon full payment of your tickets.

• How many parks does the Orlando Freedom Ticket™ Ultimate allow access to?

  The Orlando Freedom Ticketgives youaccess to 13 Orlando Theme and Water Parks.
