Graveside services will take place Monday, Dec. 16, 2013 at 11 a.m. at 2201 N. San Gabriel Cemetery, 601 W. Roses San Gabriel, CA 91775.

Dolores was employed with the Banning Unified School District for 24 years. She had volunteered at San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital since 1989 and had also volunteered at Saint Kateri Tekakwitha Catholic Church, Carol's Kitchen and the Banning Senior Center. Dolores has resided in Banning since 1960. Prior to that she lived in numerous places due to her husband's naval career. He was born on July 16, 1950 in Mission, Texas to Ruben and Delia Casas. Jose resided in Banning for 17 years and worshipped with the St. Kateri Tekakwitha Catholic Church. Jose Casas was the beloved son of his parents. He was cared for and loved by his family.

5 at Desert Regional Medical Center. He was 51-years-old. He was born in Banning on Aug. 21, 1962, and was a tribal member of the Morongo Reservation. He attended Banning schools, and participated in baseball, Little League, High School and the Morongo ball team.

He had a big heart and many friends who will miss him dearly. He is survived by his wife, Lydia; daughter, Angelica; two beloved granddaughters, Ayaona and Nylia; his mother, Sharon; his sister, Lorelei (Rob) and brother, Gary. He is also survived by nieces, Amy, Sherrie (Brian) and Adrea; nephews, Ray (Leticia), John (Jolene) Gabriel, (Courtney) Gary Lyons, and Josh Pimental. Also, numerous cousins. He also leaves behind his godmother, Dodie Sanchez; godson, Elias Alcala; goddaughter, Angel Chaparosa; and his good friend, Marcella Roberts.

He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Lyons; his grandparents, Amy and Bill Lyons; his uncles, George, William and Maurice; and his aunt, Annie. Viewing will be held Wednesday, Dec. 11 from 4p.m. to 8 p.m. at Wiefels Son in Banning, with graveside services occurring on Thursday, Dec.

Robert was born Aug. 21, 1937 in Perris, Calif. He attended Perris Elementary and Per- ris High School. He graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor's degree in liberal arts. He served his country in the Army.

He married Catherine La Rue Bills in 1964 and they settled in Banning where he taught high school vocational arts. He earned his master's degree from California State University, San Bernardino, and transitioned to a high school counselor for the latter half of his career, retiring after 36 years of service. Robert and Cathy raised three sons and three foster children in the Pass area. He is preceded in death by his wife, Cathy Gilbert and his parents, Earl and Helen Gilbert. He is survived by his sons, Tim Gilbert and his spouse Chad Hartman of Tampa, Lloyd and wife Cathy Gilbert and his grandchildren Nylah, Aidan, and Addision of Harbor City, Charles Gilbert of Banning; his sisters, Maxine Bills of Hemet, Patricia Johah of Grants Pass, and Arlene Gilbert of Perris, his brother, Carl Gilbert of Idyllwild, and his companion Evonne Fowler of Banning.

He also served and volunteered for several local community projects and agencies. Robert loved spending time with family and friends, had a great sense of humor and loved to read. He was born to the late Thomas and Gudrun Inocencio, Feb. 8, 1958 in Banning. Gene attended school in Banning and graduated from Banning High School in 1976. Gene was a painter for 37 years and retired in 2005. He was wellknown for his professional skill set throughout the desert and Pass area.

He loved to cook, travel, watch sports and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, and beloved Chihuahuas. Gene is survived by his best friend and companion Shara Inocencio; five sons, Nicholas and Gene Inocencio Donald, Jonathan and Joseph Berry; and his beautiful daughter Carissa Rose Inocencio, who was his princess. Clifton Jackson, age 94, passed away on Dec. 10, 2013 in Banning. He was born Oct. 15, 1919 in Bridgewater, Mass. Clifton's life will be remembered with private services.
