The Toronto Raptors opened the month of April in historic fashion.

After dropping four games in a row, the Raptors cruised to a dominant victory over the Golden State Warriors.

9:21 p.m. – The losing streak is over.

Pascal Siakam celebrates his 27th birthday with 36 points in three quarters to lead the way for the Raptors in a dominant win.

Gary Trent Jr. added 24 points while Malachi Flynn finished with 16 points in the win.

It's something the team will look to build upon as it continues a four-game homestand.

8:56 p.m – After outscoring the Warriors 46-14 in the third, Toronto takes a 52-point lead into the fourth.

Pascal Siakam leads all scorers with 36 points while Gary Trent has 24 points and is a game-high plus-54 in the box score.

This could be one for the record books.

8:40 p.m. – While the Raptors are dominant, there has been one negative development.

Fred VanVleet has been ruled out for the night with a strained right hip flexor.

8:35 p.m. – Toronto's lead has reached 50.

Just over four minutes remain in the third and the Raptors lead 99-49.

Toronto is making a statement to snap its four-game losing streak.

8:05 p.m. – After a dominant performance in the first half, the Raptors take an 18-point lead into the break.

After a buzzer-beading mid-range shot, Pascal Siakam leads all scorers with 23 points (on 10-for-18 shooting) while Gary Trent has put up 17 points (on 6-for-11 shooting).

Andrew Wiggins has continued his perfect performance and leads the Warriors with 15 points on 5-for-5 shooting in just under 18 minutes.

7:56 p.m. – Three minutes remain in the half and Toronto leads by 17.

The Raptors lead 54-37 as we approach the break.

7:47 p.m. – Toronto is on a 19-1 run and now has taken a 15-point lead.

The Raptors lead 45-30 with 6:54 left in the half.

Pascal Siakam is up to a game-high 17 points on the night while Gary Trent Jr. now has 14 points on 5-for-8 shooting.

End of First Quarter: Toronto Raptors 27, Golden State Warriors 26

7:35 p.m. – One quarter is in the books and the Raptors have a one-point advantage over the shorthanded Warriors.

Pascal Siakam is up to a team-high 10 points while OG Anunoby has added seven points to pace Toronto's offence.

For the Warriors, Andrew Wiggins leads all scorers with 11 points and has yet to miss, shooting a perfect 4-for-4 in the game's first 12 minutes.

Both teams shot well from the field but Golden State shot 4-for-8 from deep while Toronto shot just 2-for-7 (28.6 percent).

7:31p.m. – After being a late scratch from the starting lineup, Draymond Green has been ruled out for the game.

7:20 p.m. – We've just passed the midway point of the opening frame and Toronto leads by four.

The Raptors are up 19-15 with 5:56 left in the first.

On his birthday, Pascal Siakam leads the way for Toronto with eight points on 4-for-6 shooting while Andrew Wiggins leads all scorers withnine points on perfect 3-for-3 shooting from the field and 2-for-2 shooting from the charity stripe.
